Day 1 – Arrival in Colombo – Drive to Anuradhapura

Day 3 – Matale – Yoga & Spice Garden Retreat

Activities:

Drive to Matale
Yoga and meditation sessions in the countryside
Walks in the herb garden

Kandy

Days 5–6: Kandy – Continue to the mountains (Nuwara Eliya or Hatton)

Visit to the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy
Drive into the cool mountain region with magnificent views
Visit local temples, waterfalls and experience village life
Time for reflection, photography or walks in nature

Bentota

Days 7–13: Drive to Bentota & Ayurveda stay

Day 7 – Arrival:
A leisurely drive to the coastal region of Bentota. Arrival at your Ayurvedic villa, located directly on the beach, is followed by a welcome with an Ayurvedic drink and an introductory talk. Time for some relaxation.

Days 8–13 – Ayurvedic Stay:
You will spend 6 nights in the Ayurvedic Beach Villa with daily Ayurvedic treatments (2–3 included, e.g., full-body massage, Shirodhara). Morning yoga and meditation practice at sunrise on the beach.
You will be pampered daily with Ayurvedic-inspired, fresh, and healing meals. A visit to a temple with a blessing ceremony is also on the program. You can also enjoy beach walks, time for reading, or an optional boat ride.
